Jamie Chapman, Owner - President
Jamie is a fluently bilingual experienced management consultant with over 30 years experience in the private and public sectors. He provides comprehensive consulting services specializing in organizational assessments, facilitation, scenario planning, project-planning and business transformation. Jamie holds the highly respected designation of IAF-Certified Professional Facilitator™ as conferred by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). He is currently completing his course work for his Master’s Certificate in Project Management at George Washington University. In addition, he holds a Masters of Public Administration from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, and an honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario. He is a graduate of the Career Assignment Program under the federal government's management program. Jamie left the Executive ranks of the Public Service in 1991.

Jamie has provided management consulting, professional and strategic development support to clients at the most senior levels of the federal government and national industry associations including Boards of Directors, and the private sector. He has also worked extensively with senior leaders facing operational, policy, program and regulatory challenges. Jamie has played an integral role in the organizational improvement process. He has helped clients in developing and implementing strategies to ensure that their people potential is fully harnessed to meet the goals of the organization and contribute to a healthy and productive working environment.

Jamie’s strengths lie in his ability to help large groups, executive teams and their organizations to work effectively together to envision, plan, implement and sustain change. When not in the office Jamie spends as much time as he can with his family and is known as a "Dance Dad" and a "Musical Theatre Dad" to his two daughters. TOP


Jyneen Cheney, Project Consultant
Jyneen joined Chapman Facility Group in 2004, bringing with her expertise in the areas of coordination and project management. Before joining CFG Jyneen was responsible for project coordination; working both in the public service and private sectors in the Information Technology fields. Jyneen’s current responsibilities include the coordination of projects such as client relations, logistics and preparation of materials and documents. Her strengths include her ability to understand and focus on clients needs combined with her software knowledge making her a valuable asset to our clients and our team. In her spare time Jyneen enjoys spending time with her family, staying active in the Ottawa curling scene and getting in a golf game or two through the summer months. TOP
